Holly Landau, CEO & President
Holly has successfully led teambuilding and training sessions in classrooms and boardrooms all throughout the US, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. Her charismatic and flexible facilitation style allows her to motivate individuals and teams from all generations and various cultures. For the past several years, Holly created and facilitated leadership development programs for the multi-billion dollar corporation, Penske. She is a former US Army Officer, spokesperson for the Dept. of Defense, and Media Relations Officer for Defense Logistics Agency. Serving mostly at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, she designed and delivered media training programs for field officers across the United States.
She earned a Meritorious Service Medal for her accomplishments while serving in the Public Affairs Office of the Secretary of the Army. Following her service, she became a Territory Manager in the retail industry in Washington, DC where she recruited, hired, trained, and retained a team of thirty. It was in this role that she honed her coaching and mentoring skills while developing innovative sales and customer service training programs. She is formerly part of the corporate training team, The Wellness Women, where she designed and delivered employee wellness and human performance programs. She has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Lehigh Carbon Community College and a Guest Lecturer at Penn State University.
Training & Education: In addition to completing extensive leadership training in the US Army, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Thomas Edison State College and is currently completing Cornell University's Executive Leadership graduate program.
